Best Western Plus Grand Island Inn & Suites

Stayed 4 nights on a business trip and loved it. Kent provided excellent customer service over the phone and in person. Teresa also has great customer service. She is sweet and friendly. The room was clean and quiet. The hot tub was great after a long day at work. The location was perfect. Easy access to where I needed to go. Will stay again.

I had my 50th class reunion in Grand Island and booked this hotel. It was the perfect location to visit friends from the past and attend all my events as well. The service was top notch, cheerful and helpful staff on all levels. The room was great. Very clean, great hot showers with conditioner, shampoo, and body wash dispensers in the shower. All had fantastic aromas as did the soaps-facial and body. Bed was perfect and clean to the hilt. Big screen tv w/many channels even the Husker game on Saturday. Secure w/two cards for entry-double locks. Parking and lighting were awesome for car protection. Very quiet. Breakfast was very adequate for on the go like I was. I will definitely recommend this hotel to anyone. Lastly, the price was right on. I was very pleased here and have stayed at many hotels in my lifetime-this one hit the top rung.

Highly recommend! Friendly staff, very clean, and honored our top floor request. We also liked having a shower only room. Great place to stay!

Don't go if you want quiet. Lots of kids and parents today let them run around. It was clean and the staff was great. Pretty good breakfast good variety of foods available.

Great value. If you expect a Hilton you may be disappointed. If you expect a best western you will be pleasantly surprised. Large granite vanities. Comfy beds. Clean facilities and rooms. Only bummer was the wifi. Something weird goes on with their wifi, it's very poor. My phone and computer would not stay on it, they just said "ready to reconnect when quality improves". Breakfast was average. Real butter was appreciated. Would be a five star review if wifi was useable. As it was I was able to plug into Ethernet jack with my computer and broadcast wifi from my laptop for my phone to use.

Excellent place to stay. Very clean and comfortable. K-Cups in the room. Comfy bed and pillows. Front desk lady was very pleasant and helpful. I'll be glad to stay there next time I'm in Grand Island.

We have stayed here 3 times in the last ten years but the last time was 5 years ago. When we walked into the lobby but before we got to the desk, my wife recognized the clerk. He also recognized us, mentioned that he did, and welcomed us back. This is one of our favorite Best Western properties. It's pet free, quiet, very friendly, and has nice touches. One such touch is having the week's breakfast menu outside the dining area. Another is having pancake syrup on each table. Very homey property. All staff we interacted with were very friendly.

Fantastic rooms, cleanliness, and location. But the best part was the staff! I had nearly 40 students with me for a field trip and every single one of the staff were beyond nice and accommodating! They were so helpful and made our stay much more enjoyable. Whats more is that they had a smile on their face the whole time and made us feel very welcome! To the staff that was working April 10-12, 2025, Thank you!!
